The Effect of functional shoes on Blood Serotonin and Growth Hormone
ABSTRACT
This study was performed to detect the functional value of functional shoes on human body. 20 numbers of men and women were take part in this study as volunteered subject. The Blood sample collected Resting state and after 30 minutes walking, after daily activity, and after Cooper's 12 minutes running, and recovery 30 minutes. And the blood sample analyzed for Serotonin, Growth Hormone in Clinical Lab. of K. Medical center. Blood Serotonin content was increased after 30 minutes Walking in functional shoes group(FS), and the decreasing rate of Serotonin contents after daily activity was less than control group. Blood Serotonin showed higher in functional shoes group than control group after Cooper's 12 minutes running. Blood Growth Hormone contents during resting, after 30 minutes walking, and daily activity were increased in FS group. Women FS group showed higer Growth Hormone secretion than control group in 30 minutes recovery after Cooper's 12 minutes running, and Men FS group presents higher Growth Hormone increasing rate than the control group. Therefore functional shoes stimulated reflex point located in a foot perform very good effect on Blood Serotonin,Growth Hormone
