The Scientific Analysis on Exercise and Endotoxin.
ABSTRACT
Endotoxin is a gut lippolipopolysaccharide of Gram-negative bacteria. Endotoxin plasma concentration occurring at higher insulin resistance in metabolic disorders such as obesity and diabetes is the greater incidence. Endotoxin is also combined CD14 and TLRs and stimulates macrophages and TNF-α, IL-6, such as the secretion of inflammatory cytokines increases. In addition, chronic inflammation in the body increases the breakdown of the immune system in response to antigens bringing bacteria and prevent diseases such as endotoxemia will lead to. On the other hand exercise is well known that obesity, diabetes, as well as most of the effects on metabolic disease and inflammation, and improve indicators that help to strengthen the immune system through exercise interventions. Therefore suggest that regular exercise habit formation reduces plasma endotoxin concentrations decreased with metabolic disease prevention and help strengthen the immune system, reduces chronic inflammation is considered.
