추적 안구훈련이 아이스하키 선수의 운동수행력과 동체시력에 미치는 영향

Lim, I.S. The effect of ocular pursuit training on ice-hockey player's dynamic visual acuity (DVA) and performance. Exercise Science, 12(2): 287-296, 2003. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of ocular pursuit training(OPT) on ice-hockey player's performance and DVA. All subjects were 16 male of ice-hockey athletics who had volunteered to participate in this study. The subjects were divided into two groups; ocular pursuit training group and control group. The results are summarized as follows: performance of puck receive in 30m and 20m were showed significantly differences between training group and control group. Anticipation time(AT) and DVA were showed significant differences between training and control group. In conclusion, OPT for ice-hockey athletics can promotor to enhance of performance. This study can be suggested that OPT was very important role in ice- hockey athletics. Accordingly, the development of OPT programs provides to help coach and athletics in field.
