Consideration about Physical Activity Guideline and Exercise Intensity for Adult
ABSTRACT
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this review was to (i) suggest the need of physical activity (PA) guidelines for Korean via introduction of PA guideline for adult in the West; and (ii) propose new categories of PA and exercise intensity in human.
