The level of TC and LDL-C showed the Marathoners were lower than the joggers and control group. But, the level of TG showed the Marathoners and the joggers were lower than control group. The results of HDL-C showed the Marathoners was higher than the control group. TC/HDL-C and LDL-C/HDL-C ratio showed the Marathoners were lower than the control group. These results suggerst the effects of long-term marathon and jogging are effective for prevent of cardiovascular disease in older male adults
