Subjects were 10 healthy male college students who don't have any medical disease. The maximum exercise load test was used to examine the relative exercise intensity of the individuals and exercise intensity was measured at maximum oxygen intake 45% and 65%. This measurement was performed three times at intervals of 7days after the maximum exercise load test- exercise intensity 40% in the first trial, exercise intensity 65% in the second trial, and non-exercise in the last trial. Blood samples were drawn before the fat meal and at 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 20h after the fat meal through anticubital vein. PPL, T-C, and TG were examined after collecting blood samples. PPL turned out to get significantly lower at exercise intensity 65% than nonexercise. The concentration of T-C was demonstrated to decrease more at exercise intensity 40% and 65% than nonexercise.
