장기간 태권도 수련이 중년여성의 도파민, 세로토닌과 스트레스 호르몬 수준에 미치는 영향

An infiunce of iong entraining of Taekwondo of middle-aged women on her dopamine, serotionin and stress hormone.
ABSTRACT
This paper was researched training of Taekwondo according to hormone change related to depression and stress for a middle-aged women as living sports, 14 women who medically health with no special disease and has no participation in specialized program of exercise before menopause, dividing them in 7 for laboratory group and other 7 for control group with training basic movement and form of Taekwondo, analyzed each 20㎖ of blood before and after 15 weeks of training program. Training program was formed for them to realize 14 basic movements and forms designated by Kukkiwon for 15 weeks: 5 weeks for introduction, 5 weeks for improvement, and 5 weeks for maintenance of Taekwondo training in steps. They were given 60 minutes for diary exercise as 5 times a week, intensively rated 65~80% of heart to the maximum based on ACSM(2001) as medium and minimum level, and information was realized by two-way(2*2)mixed ANOVA for different change of group time, with the following result. Interaction of dopamine and serotonin groups are shown critically according to time, and even in main effect repeated according to its disposition, and in main effect between groups. Interaction of epinephrine and norepinephrine are shown differently, with important main effect, while no difference in cortisol. Taekwondo is helpful for them to prevent depression and relieve stress.
